Emily and I have been discussing Chapter 8 of Seers See: Instruction on Seeing Into the Spiritual Realm for several months. In this chapter, I propose a biblical model to understand what Seers see.
We are up to the section on page 131 which summarizes the Bible’s revelation of the conflict in the spiritual realm. In this episode (coincidentally, as it’s called), which coincides with the Christmas season, we take a moment to use Matthew 1 as an outline to summarize the cosmic conflict.
In this episode, we discuss the purpose of Matthew including the women in Jesus’ genealogy, the meaning of the Magi’s visit to infant Jesus, and the symbolism of their gifts. Emily drops a truth bomb at the end which you can see on the YouTube video takes a few minutes to sink in, but when it does, I’m speechless.
